Erika has not only redirected thousands of tons of waste, she has also reshaped how individuals & organizations think about equity, holistic leadership, & regenerative solutions.
For over 20 years, Erika has created new and improved revenue streams and built long-term growth for large and small companies across a colorful array of industries worldwide. She accomplishes this by carefully listening to each client's unique needs, assessing impact through data, and producing thoughtful bespoke strategies while always centering the customer's needs.
Eric Nigg
Creative
Following college, Eric toured as a stand-up comedian and wrote live multi-media sketch shows. The instant reaction from audiences (or lack thereof…) gave Eric insightful feedback on what makes creative ideas successful. Eric honed this skill in creating three short films screened at Festival De Cannes, landing script deals with MTV, Sony, FX Network, and Comedy Central, and writing a Super Bowl commercial for Careerbuilder.com.
