Her unique equity-centered strategies empower teams across diverse fields who are challenging the status quo —from legal defense innovations to international educational reforms & redefining environmental stewardship with corporate titans Target, Honda, & Levi's. Erika has not only redirected thousands of tons of waste, she has also reshaped how individuals & organizations think about equity, holistic leadership, & regenerative solutions.
Eric Nigg
Creative Director
When Eric Nigg discovered that 60 and 100 was the same amount of time on a microwave, it sparked an endless quest for imaginative thought. Following college, Eric toured as a stand-up comedian and wrote live multi-media sketch shows. The instant reaction from audiences (or lack thereof…) gave Eric insightful feedback into what makes creative ideas successful. Eric honed this skill into creating three short films screened at Festival De Cannes, landing script deals with MTV, Sony, FX Network, and Comedy Central, along with writing a Super Bowl commercial for Careerbuilder.com.
